For module 13, I have a question about the homework. For question 7, the directions are to write one sentence with each phrase (I norra Sverige, På vintern, I vinter ...). Since the module is about the weather, will each phrase contain a sentence about the weather? Or will some be about weather and others on a different topic so long as it has to do with the starting phrase?

You are free to write any sentences you want with these phrases, connected to the weather or not.
Some examples:
Det är varmt på sommaren.
Det var kallt i vintras.
Jag var i Stockholm i höstas.
The most important part here is to use the right tense with the right time expression.
